Refund Policy

Joining the waitlist is free. A paid founding audit is booked only after fit is clear, the scope is confirmed, and the customer has seen what the deliverable is meant to include.

If a paid audit is booked and you cancel before aislerank starts the diagnostic work, the payment is refundable minus any non-refundable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

Once the diagnostic work has started, refunds are handled case by case based on delivered work, timing, and whether the agreed scope could be completed.

Refunds are not based on future ranking, traffic, lead, or booking outcomes because the audit is a diagnostic and prioritization service, not a performance guarantee.

Email Aislerank with the booking email, payment date, and reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed in writing.
